He was predeceased by: his son Carlton Eugene Collins; and his sister Norma Faye Thompson. He is survived by: his children, Scott Collins (Sharman) and Tammy Collins Leonard; his brothers, James Collins (Peggy), Delma Collins (Debbie) and Gary Collins (Kris); his grandchildren, Joshua Scott Collins, Alexandria Nicole Collins, Sarah Marie Leonard, Ashley Hayes, Michael Aaron, Leonard Sharman, Angelina Romero and Enrique Schutz; and his friends, David Morse, James and Jan Moore.
