It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Donald Blizard of Jacksonville, North Carolina, who passed away on May 2, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Sabrina; and his parents, Edward Blizard and Dora Blizard. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Blizard; his grandchildren, Sydney and Gabriel Hill; his siblings, Ann Magill (FL) and Albert Blizard (TN); and his sister-in-law Patricia Parish (Peter). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
