We are sad to announce that on June 8, 2025, at the age of 92, Elsie DeVusser of Jacksonville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Lutheran Church of Our Savior (1115 Lejeune Blvd, Jacksonville, NC 28540). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery (110 Montford Landing Rd, Jacksonville, NC 28540). A reception will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Lutheran Church of Our Savior (1115 Lejeune Blvd, Jacksonville, NC 28540).
