He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Bernard Blakely and Alberta Mae Pool Blakely; and his wife Mary Catherine Blakely. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Elaine Brugler (Mark) of Wapakoneta, Mark Hecht of Botkins, Matthew Hecht (Raquelita) of Jacksonville, N. C., Michael Hecht (Natalie) of Sidney Ohio and Ann Covert (Marc) of Ridgeway, Ohio; and his sister Rita Brown (Richard) of Van Wert, Ohio. He is also survived by eight step-grandchildren and five step-great grandchildren.
