He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Bowman; his children, Gwen Campbell of Verona, NC, Karen Brown (Aaron) of Hubert, NC and Matt Bowman (Lydia) of Jacksonville, NC; his siblings, John Bowman of Sneads Ferry, NC, Joseph Bowman (Joanie) of Florence, SC, Kenneth Bowman (Brenda) of Richmond, VA, Ken Watterson (Sandy) of Michigan, Kathy Rendolman (Bobby) of Sneads Ferry, NC and Louie Del Batchlor (Edison) of Maple Hill, NC; his stepchildren, Timothy Gibbs (Sue) of Sugar Rum, PA, Mary Pelton (Curt) of New Bern, NC and Aaron Gibbs (Dawn) of Syracuse, NY; his grandchildren, Cameron, Beverly, Todd, Ryan "Bob", Shauna, Robbie, Diamond, Mystic, Stevie, Jacob, Lucas, Bella, Grace, Rachel and Jennifer; and his close friend Mary Jo Potter. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, several extended family members and friends.
