He is survived by: his wife Marlene Ramsey Brown; his daughters, Regina Ellen Hill (Daniel) of Hampstead and Carrie Charlene Brown of Wilmington; his brothers, Edward Earl Brown of Jacksonville, Leland Ray Brown of Jacksonville and Wade Jackson Brown of Jacksonville; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Lindsay, Nico and Julien.
