He is survived by: his parents, Charles Short and Sumiko Short of Hubert; his children, Timothy Millett of Jacksonville and Brittany Millett of Jacksonville; and his siblings, Sue Ann Occhipinti of Jacksonville and Mike Millett (Ginny) of Chesapeake, Virginia.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 3 nephews and 2 nieces.
