She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorenzo M. Odom and Margaret Lee Nye Odom; and her stepdaughter Peggy Venters Case. She is survived by: her children, Daniel G. Scott (Sue) of Jacksonville, N. C. and Debra S. Osmond (Donald) of Tega Cay, S. C.; her stepson L. C. "Huck" Venters (Barbara) of Cedar Point, N. C.; her grandchildren, Dwayne, Donald Jr. "DJ", John, Kristen, Brittany, Kimberly and Tanya; her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Sabrina, Brian, Crosby, Aubrey, Gentry, Brandon, Emily, Zach, Jordan, Lauren, Chloe, Phillip, Abigail, Rebekah, Kellie and Sarah; and her great great grandchildren, Oaklynn and Jaxson.
