As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Haruko Tamashiro may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jisaku Tamashiro and Katsu Tamashiro; and her husband Maynard Riddle. She is survived by: her sons, James K. Riddle of Smithfield, Patrick J. Riddle of Emerald Isle, Robert S. Riddle of San Jose, CA and Harry S. Riddle of Emerald Isle. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Lutheran Church of Our Savior (1115 Lejeune Blvd, Jacksonville, NC 28540).
