He is survived by: his significant other Loretta; his daughters, Christy of Jacksonville and Cheryl; his son-in-law Eric of Whisett, NC; his siblings, William Small and Gracie Garner of Mill Creek, NC.; and his pets, Stormie and Hope. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
