She is survived by: her children, John J. Smith III (Donna) of Jacksonville, NC and Deborah Cantwell (Kevin) of Orwigsburg; her grandchildren, Garrett Smith, Skyler Smith and Nick Cantwell; and her siblings, Anna Mae Winisko and Joseph Adamick. She is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
