She was predeceased by: her parents, Buren Shepard and Dorothy Shepard; and her siblings, Joy Thomas and David Shepard. She is survived by: her husband Edsel Ottaway of Verona; her son Greg (KB) of Greensboro; her siblings, James Shepard (Uli) of Goldsboro and Edna Branch (J. D.) of Lumberton; her grandsons, Alek Ottaway (Elizabeth) and Shepard Ottaway (Jenni); and her great grandchildren, Davis Ottaway and Harlee Ottaway.
