She is survived by: her husband Theodore Keadle Wise; her siblings, Lila Mae Sullivan, Marjorie Elizabeth Riggs, Patricia Mosier, Dorothy Joyce Hall, Ernest Edgar Thomas, Grady Lee Thomas and Edward Franklin Thomas; her grandson Russell Thomas Neal, Jr.; her sisters, Eloise, Margaret and Lois; and her children, Russell Thomas Neal, Sr., Randall Dean Neal, Kevin Douglas Wise, Roxanne Triva Ryder and Theresa Lynn Marshall. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
