She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Jefferson and Ruby Mae Johnson Watts; her husband Bobby Gene Capps; and her brother Billy Watts. She is survived by: her children, Darrell Capps (Michelle) of Maple Hill and Laurie McLeod (David) of Jacksonville; her brothers, Richard Watts of Jacksonville and Jeff Watts; her grandchildren, Andrew McLeod (Brittany), Emily Battle (Walker), Will McLeod, Carson Capps and Bryson Capps; and her great grandchildren, Lucas and Ryleigh McLeod.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Verona Baptist Church, 1696 Haws Run Road, Maple Hill, NC 28454.
