He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Penny and Derah Penny; his siblings, Phillip Penny, Bill Penny, Ernest Penny, Nina and Faye Penny; and his siblings-in-law, Al Denney and Iris Penny.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jimmy Penny, Betty Garner and Sue Denney. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
