She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hendrix and Rachael Swing Hendrix; her husband Dennis Huff, Sr.; her sister Sylvia Fetner; and her brother-in-law Jack Fetner.
She is survived by: her children, Sherri Jones and Dennis Huff, Jr. (Angela); her grandchildren, Chassidy Kelley, Cara Brown (Jake), Brittney Little (Zach), Kayla Santorio (Giulio), Matthew Huff and Brooks Little (Kelly); and her great grandchildren, Zeplyn, Xander, Aydia, Rueger, Braxton, Zavix, Gatling, Odin, Charlie, Bennett and Harrison.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home (303 Chaney Ave, Jacksonville, NC 28540). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Blue Creek Baptist Church (1251 Burgaw Hwy, Jacksonville, NC 28540). A burial will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery (110 Montford Landing Rd, Jacksonville, NC 28540).
