Though Karen may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Karen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Lee "Pete" Wensil and Beedie Ruth Satterfield. She is survived by: her husband David Wakefield; her son Eric Cobb-Wakefield (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Hannah Wakefield, Zander Wakefield, Lexie Fox, Katie Foster and Wesley Foster.
