He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Elizabeth and Charlie Fleenor (Abingdon). He is survived by: his son Mark Eugene Fleenor; his significant other Debbie; his brother Curtis Fleenor; his nieces, Andrea, Addison "Little Bit" Quirk, Debbie Miller and Maury Cameron; and his pets, Buddy and Opie.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home of Jacksonville (303 Chaney Ave, Jacksonville, NC 28540). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery (110 Montford Landing Rd, Jacksonville, NC 28540).
