He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton "Vern" Lee and Juaneva Lee. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Jean Phillips; his children, Phillip (Joy), Alicia, Elizabeth (Milton), Jeremy (Jennifer) and Kristi; his grandchildren, Celia, Brianna, Victor, Alex, Marissa, Ashton, Mia, Camden, Ethan and Hope; and his great grandchildren, Adrian, Delilah, Ella, Vilo and Avanoa.
