She was predeceased by: her husband Velinzer King; her son Vernon C. King; her parents, Henry Williams and Mary Swinson; and her siblings, Lula Parker, Kathleen McElmurray, Rashie Williams, Garland Williams, Mary Lou Parker, Robert Williams and Annie Lee Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Iona Rose (Chuck) of Albertson, Chester W. King (Edna) of Mt. Olive and Gail Bostic (Marty) of Rose Hill; and her grandchildren, Joy Gentry, Travise King, Hope Koonce, Buddy Smith, Mitchell Smith, Michelle Seago, Stephanie Gray, Wyatt King Jr., Joseph King, Alison Riggs and Rugh King. She is also survived by twenty-five great grandchildren; and twenty-four great great grandchildren.
