She was predeceased by: her parents, Loraine Hurst and Anna Hurst; and her husband Robert Lord. She is survived by: her children, Michael Lord (Regina) of Greenville, NC, Marena Jackson (Mark) of Coal Valley, IL and Roberta Bettler (Mark) of Jacksonville, NC; her grandsons, Garrett Bettler (Rachel) of Charlotte, NC and Marshall Bettler of Chapel Hill, NC; her stepgrandsons, DJ Wahl (Ashley) and Brian Wahl of Raleigh, NC; and her sisters-in-law, Jacqueline Loop, Sue Hurst and Bonnie Hurst. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
