He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl S. Jarman and Viola Taylor Jarman; and his sister Mary Jarman Mintz. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Shivar Jarman; his pet Bella; and his siblings, Alice Marshburn (Victor) of Jacksonville, Nita Marshburn of Jacksonville, Marjorie Parker (Russell) of Mebane, Anthony "Tony" Jarman (Harriett) of North Wilkesboro and Timothy E. Jarman (Suzan) of Kannapolis. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home of Jacksonville Tuesday (303 Chaney Ave, Jacksonville, NC 28540). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Bethlehem Baptist Church (4764 Gum Branch Rd, Jacksonville, NC 28540). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Onslow Memorial Park (3280 Richlands Hwy, Jacksonville, NC 28540).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethlehem Baptist Church, 100 Halfmoon Church Road Jacksonville, NC.
