He is survived by: his parents, James Swanson and Barbara Swanson of Jacksonville; his sister Heather; his brother-in-law Ryan Askins of Raleigh; his nieces and nephews, Atlas and Aria; his grandparents, John, Linda Swanson of Hopedale, Massachusetts, Michael and Vera Lovell of Wilmington; and his pet Ruby. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
