He is survived by: his parents, Roshany Anwar and Mohammed Anwar; his wife Ashlyn Pedroza; his daughter Samantha Pedroza (Sammy); his sisters, Alyessa Martinez-Meza (Jhon), Kiana Anwar-Sloan, Ariana Vazquez and Cyan Vazquez; his parents-in-law, Julie Calhoun (Thomas) and Michael; his brother-in-law Aaron Smith; his grandfather Raul Vazquez; his grandfather-in-law Shirley Tillman; his uncle Ralph Vazquez (Roxy); his aunt Yanely Vazquez; and his close friends, Zaire Duckett and Larry Hurt. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
The family asks for live plants instead of flowers for Jovanny's service, as his wife dearly loves them. The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the family for final expenses or if you would like to send a plant as his wife dearly loves them.
