She was predeceased by: her son Matthew Robert Horn; her parents, Forrest Fabel and Betty Hoffman; and her brother Allen Fabel. She is survived by: her significant other Darryl Diacogiannis; her daughters, Ashley Horn (Christopher) of Hampstead, NC and Jennifer Ronkowitz (John) of Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Isaiah Tran, Emmajean Tran, Dylan Diacogiannis and Devon Diacogiannis; and her sisters, Joy Todd of Florida, Susan Anderson (Corby) of Florida and Sharon Thomas of Florida. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and so many friends.
