She is survived by: her son Joseph Pizzo Jr.; and her sisters, Mary, Vivian and Beverly. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Humane Society in her memory.
