She was predeceased by: her parents, William Church and Valentine Church. She is survived by: her sons, Charles Swanson (Mila) of Jacksonville and Greg Swanson (Julie) of Royal Oak, MI; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Patrick, Tyler, Tara, Tessa, Thomas and Trisha; and her great grandchildren, Luke and Theodore.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
