He is survived by: his children, Linda Claudio-Diaz (Thomas) of Jacksonville and Steven Melski of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Jason Claudio-Diaz (Amanda) and Crystal Black; his sister Barbara Duk of Buffalo, NY; and his great grandchildren, Isabella, Olivia Claudio-Diaz, Bobby Black III and Aubree Black.
