He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnet Taylor and Kathern Clark Taylor; and his siblings, Othene Taylor and Omega Whaley. He is survived by: his wife Elma L. Taylor; his son Paul O. Taylor Jr.; his granddaughter Clarissa Elidrissi (Hicham); his daughter-in-law Karen Taylor of Jacksonville; and his foster sister Susie Clark (Amos Clark). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
