He is survived by: his daughters, Shelia Cook (Chris), Sherri Taveras (Agustin) and Sharon Flores (Joe); his grandchildren, Brittany, Gabriel, Corbin and Caleb; his great grandchildren, David, Everett, Crew, Elizabeth, Izabella and Renton; and his nephews, Chris and Justin.
