He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Fescoe and Betty Fescoe; and his brother Andy. He is survived by: his wife Donna Fescoe; his children, Chris (Michelle), Kyle (Lindsey), Chad (Megan) and Courtney (Maurice); his grandchildren, Ava, Lincoln, Mason, Micah and Morgan Fescoe; and his brothers, Robert and Scott Fescoe.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rick's honor to Tunnel to Towers Foundation or the National Museum of the Marine Corps.
