We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2021, at the age of 82, Sam Bright of Jacksonville, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sam Bright to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his wife Vesta Kellum Bright; his children, Sammy D. Bright (Lori), Rhonda B. Meeks and Kenneth D. Bright (Tracy); his grandchildren, Sophia Deshotel, Rodney G. Meeks, Dallas Rose Meeks, Samuel O. Bright and Kaila Bright; his great grandchildren, Johnathan Kennedy, Nathan Kennedy and Hadley Rae Bright; and his siblings, Lewis, Ernest, Manley, Elvin, Norman, Ervin Bright, Laverne Banks and Evelyn Lucas.
