It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Saundra K. Alston of Jacksonville, North Carolina, who passed away on July 16, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Louis J. Alston; her daughters, Sheretta K. Hayman (Martez) of Philadelphia, PA, Chelsea Ordrick (Tracey) of Philadelphia, PA and Levangelette Charleston of Philadelphia, PA; and her siblings, Pherbia M. Chadwick of Kinston, Jacqueline P. Jackson of Crestview, FL, Cathy N. Lewis (Jimi) of Jacksonville and Benjamin R. Humphrey (Mary) of Jacksonville. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
