He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Parker and Martha Parker (Swinson); his father-in-law Ray (Dorothy Nixon); and his siblings, Ray Parker (Claudette), Richard Parker, Annette Carter, William Parker, Helen Leary, Phyllis Silence, Gayle Humphrey, Judy Parker and Donna Rochelle.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Parker; his children, Elizabeth Otis (Alben) and Robert Parker (Chelsea); his granddaughters, Katie Otis, Georgia Otis, Grace Otis and Charlee Parker; and his siblings, Vera Bowman, Patricia Patane (Richard), Hubert Parker (Chellie) of John and Noland Parker (Zelma). He is also survived by "Granddaddy" as his girls called him, was an amazing grandfather.
