He is survived by: his significant other Ann Demarest; his children, Michelle Meyers (Charles) of Stockton, CA, Erica Beauchamp (Peter) of Green Sea, SC and David Demarest; his daughter-in-law Johnsie; his grandchildren, Andrew Spielman (Kathleen), Nicholas Beauchamp, Sarah Spielman, Holly Beauchamp, Caleb Demarest, Jeffrey Karmann (JT) and Maesie Demarest; his brother Richard Westin (Julie) of Waterloo, IA; and his pet Cassie.
