He is survived by: his wife Ruthann Punko; his sisters, Helen and Dorothy; his children, Charity Punko, Thomas Punko Jr. and Corey Punko; and his grandchildren, Elenor Punko, Tommy Punko, Stanley Punko, Angelo D'Aiello, Leonard Wasmanski, Samantha Punko and Gawyn Punko.
