He is survived by: his siblings, James Hiram of Holly Ridge, Ophelia Brazelton of Havelock, Dale Padgett (Janice) of Holly Ridge, Elmer Padgett (Brenda) of Holly Ridge, Martin Padgett (Cathy) of Holly Ridge, Juanita Duncan of Niceville, FL, Neal Padgett (Lynda) of Burgaw, Angi Parker of Burgaw, Coston Toler (Charles) of New Bern and Justin Padgett (Wanda) of Holly Ridge; his wife Ardith Padgett (Bubba); his children, Kevin Padgett (Donna) of Richlands, NC, Frankie Padgett (Judi) of Holly Ridge, Donald Padgett (Laura) of Boone, NC and Valerie Sharpless of Holly Ridge; his grandchildren, Charles Padgett (Donna), Rebecca Cox, Virginia Chandler, Josh Padgett, Jennifer James, Madison Hollar (Wesley), Tyrel Padgett (Kayla), Nikki Kenneth (Mark), Denise Sharpless, Coston Padgett (Abby) and Shamonica Sharpless; and his stepgrandchildren, Mark Kenneth (Nikki) and Chris Kenneth (Doretha). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren.
