He is survived by: his parents, Christina Simmons and Randall Padgett (Melony Padgett); his siblings, James Simmons III, Gage Simmons and Logan Simmons; his sons, Mason and Caden Padgett; his grandparents, Daniel Orr and Susie Orr; his aunt Melissa Endicott; and his uncle Thomas Endicott.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home of Jacksonville (303 Chaney Ave, Jacksonville, NC 28540).
