He is survived by: his mother Billie Jane; his stepfather Michael Padgett; his father William Shropshire; his stepmother Suzanne Shropshire; his daughters, Halaina Montoya of Wake Forest, Hanna Shropshire of Jacksonville and Holly Shropshire of Wilmington; his brother Roger Padgett of Hawaii; his half-siblings, Stephanie Charles of Winston Salem and Derrick Shropshire of Winston Salem; his granddaughter Eleanor; and his aunts, Genia Locklear of Jacksonville, NC and Loys Anne Locklear of Bradenton, Florida.
