Mills of Jacksonville, North Carolina, born in Maysville, North Carolina, who passed away on July 23, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Bell and Mildred Jones Mills. He is survived by: his wife Donniere Morton Mills; his children, Don Mills (Frances) of Swansboro, Bob Mills of Stella and Kathy Mills Brown of Wilmington; and his sister Beverly Parham of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
