He is survived by: his children, Timothy Spencer (Kathy) and Cathy McDonald (Mack); his grandchildren, Sarah Young Germantown (Jimmy), Holly Dumpfy of Moore, SC, Aaron Spencer (Courtney) and Susan Bass Murfreesboro (Lane); his great grandchildren, Wesley Robson of Richlands, NC, Colin Hoskinson of Moore, SC, Paxton Spencer of Sneads Ferry, NC, Maggie Bass of Murfreesboro, NC and Ella Young of Germantown, MD.; his caregivers, Willie Mae Hatchell and Karen Rhodes-Monk (Kay); and his granddaughter Olivia McDonald (Lizzie Edmondson).
