Waggoner; his children, Tressa Ann Stallings (James Stallings) of Wake Forest, NC, Alissa Marie Kellum (Tony Kellum) of Jacksonville, NC, William C Waggoner Jr. (Donna Waggoner) of Jacksonville, NC and John L. Waggoner of Jacksonville; and his grandchildren, Kristina Stallings, Mason Kellum and Shawna Waggoner.
