He is survived by: his wife Shirley Waters; his children, William Keith Waters (Pamela) of Raleigh, NC, Kathy Parker (Wayne) of Jacksonville, NC and Kimberlee Lasalle (Shelby) of Dinwiddie, VA; and his grandchildren, Addyson, Jordan, Jake, Dustin, Zach, Cody, Caroline, Tara and Caleb. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and several extended family and friends.
