He is survived by: his daughter Carol Linn Cerra (John Cerra) of Jamestown; his brother Vincent Wheatley (Delores) of Beltsville, MD; his grandchildren, Alec Cerra, Chelsie Wheatley-Paresa and Jessica Wheatley; and his great grandchildren, Breon, Jacoby Wheatley, Mica Wheatley-Paresa and Josie Linn Wheatley-Paresa.
