He is survived by: his wife Debra Britt Tipton; his daughters, Yvette (Rick), Tonia (Chip) and Brooke (Tres); his siblings, Tommy (Barbara), Fred (Shirley), Mary Ruth and Dorothy; and his grandchildren, Caitlyn, Hyder and Allie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America.
