He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Jetty Hazelton and Sarah Pearl Moore Hazelton. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Hazelton; his sons, Aaron Hazelton and Anthony Hazelton; and his brothers, Keith Hazelton (Cathy) and Ricky Hazelton (Ann).
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Wright Funerals-Cremations (10508 N Main St, Archdale, NC 27263). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
