He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. O'Brien Sr. and Ann Elizabeth O'Brien. He is survived by: his wife Karen O'Brien; his children, John F. O'Brien III and Melissa Harrison (Jeffery); his granddaughter Elizabeth Harrison; and his brothers, Mike O'Brien (Anne), Richard O'Brien (Jaye) and Bob O'Brien (Alisa). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
