He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Duggins and Irene Duggins; and his brother Ted Duggins. He is survived by: his children, Michelle DeLario (Jeff), Doug Duggins (Dana) and Matthew Duggins; and his brother Roger Duggins. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
