He was predeceased by: his parents, Odes W. Ledford, Sr. and Annie Mae Ledford; and his siblings, Roger Ledford and Pam Harris. He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Shurly (Ed) and Odes W. Ledford, Jr. (Jane); his nieces and nephews, Bill Ledford (Lea), Brian Ledford, Jeff Harris (Lupe), Michelle Ledford and Marla Knowles (Chris); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Billy, Landon, Jordan, Brennan, Christopher, Brooke and Ashley.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Life Community Church (4900 W Wendover Ave, Jamestown, NC 27282).
