He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wilson Tice (Bill) and Jean Bailey Tice; and his brother Kenneth Bailey Tice. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Wyrick Tice; his children, Jacob Franklin Tice and Liza Nicole Tice; and his siblings, Robin Jean Tice-Haines and William Anthony Tice. He is also survived by nephews and niece.
